Charles Nelson
The last true American Master served ten and a half years in the US Marine Corps. Served in the Guadalcanal and was a Marine Corps senior hand to hand combat instructor. Nelson was a Marine Corps lightweight boxing champion and has had over 65 years instructing experience. He was the Associations 1995 recipient of the award for excellence in the CQB field. Charles Nelson has trained countless military and law enforcement personnel and is well known for his expertise in urban self-defence methods. One of his most loyal advocates is director Tank Todd who travels to the U.S.A. annually, and for over ten years has trained in the Nelson system to become an instructor. Charles Nelson is known rightfully as the last true American Master.
